Day 1
Casablanca - Rabat - Meknes - Volubilis - Fes
Your 5-day Casablanca desert tour begins with pickup from your hotel, airport, port or preferred meeting point in Casablanca. Depending on your arrival time, you may start with a short panoramic visit of Casablanca, including the exterior of the impressive Hassan II Mosque, one of Morocco’s most iconic landmarks facing the Atlantic Ocean. Continue to Rabat, the capital of Morocco, where you can discover key landmarks such as the Royal Palace area, Hassan Tower and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V. The journey then continues toward Meknes, one of Morocco’s imperial cities, known for its monumental gates, old medina and historical atmosphere. Later, visit Volubilis, the best-preserved Roman archaeological site in Morocco, before continuing to Fes for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2
Fes - Ifrane - Cedar Forest - Midelt - Erfoud - Merzouga
After breakfast, leave Fes and travel through the Middle Atlas Mountains toward the Sahara Desert. The route passes through Ifrane, a clean mountain town known for its alpine-style architecture and fresh climate. Continue to the Cedar Forest, where Barbary macaques can often be seen in their natural environment. After crossing mountain landscapes and Berber villages, stop around Midelt before continuing through the Ziz Valley, famous for its palm groves and panoramic viewpoints. Pass Erfoud, known for fossils and desert gateway landscapes, before arriving in Merzouga near the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi. Take time to walk between the high rock walls and enjoy the peaceful oasis atmosphere. The journey continues through desert valleys, palm groves and Berber villages toward the Dades Valley, known for its rock formations and scenic landscapes. Later, pass through the Rose Valley and Skoura palm groves before arriving in Ouarzazate, often called the gateway to the desert. Dinner and overnight stay in Ouarzazate.

After exploring the kasbah, continue across the High Atlas Mountains through the Tizi n'Tichka Pass, one of Morocco’s most scenic mountain roads.
